Chef Kaleem, who specializes in Indian Curry and Tandoor, his zest for culinary knowledge is infectious. He has been blessed and trained by the the legendary chef Imtiaz Qureshi, the grand master chef of ITC hotels. Having gained much experience at Khanabadosh Restaurant in Mumbai in early 1989, there was no looking back for him. His eagerness to learn and desire for excellence landed him being associated with some great hotels like Taj Bengal, Kolkata, Lasani Spinzer Restaurant, Saudi Arabia, Hotel Mini Mahal, Mumbai, Le Meridien, Abu Dhabi, Hotel ITC Sonar Bangla Sheraton, Kolkata, Fortune Inn Grazia Hotel, Noida, Country Inn Carlson Saket.
Master Chef Son Boon is a legend with the Shangri-La group internationally. He is the quintessential culinary personality having pioneered culinary skills as he specializes in Thai, Chinese and Continental food.
His extensive experience which spans for more than 30 years began at Shangri-La, Singapore in 1960, moving on to its other branches in Hong Kong, San Francisco (USA), Jakarta and Bangkok, post which he moved to India with a stint at the Odyssey Restaurant in Gurgaon, till recently at Radisson Windsor Hotel, Jalandhar.
